We collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, and message when you contact us; your name, email address, and phone number when you join our mailing list; and your name, contact details, party size, date, time, and any notes when you send a reservation or event inquiry. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your messages, arrange your reservations and events, and send you the updates you signed up for, such as news about wine dinners, seasonal menus, and events. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email Communications
You will only receive marketing email from us if you signed up for it. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time using the contact information below.
Third-Party Services
A few trusted services help us run this site, and some of them process limited information under their own privacy policies. Reservations are handled by OpenTable, including through OpenTable booking, newsletter-signup, and private dining inquiry widgets embedded on this site; information you enter in those widgets goes directly to OpenTable and is governed by the OpenTable privacy policy. Gift cards are sold through Tabit, our forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile (which analyzes browser signals such as your IP address to tell people from bots), our website is hosted on Vercel, and our notification email is delivered by Resend. Links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
Analytics & Advertising
We use Google tools to understand how this site is used and how people find us. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and the device and browser you use. Google Search Console provides us aggregate information about how the site appears in search results. Google Ads helps us measure our advertising and may show you ads for CHR Steak based on your visit to this site. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers.
