We age our beef in house and break down whole cuts by hand: tomahawks, cowboy ribeyes, bone-in filets. Weeks in the box build the flavor; the sear finishes the job.

A Private Dining Room for Up to 28
The Executive Suite is our private dining room in downtown Gainesville, seating up to 28 guests behind a door of their own. Book it for holiday and company parties, rehearsal dinners, and business dinners.
A coordinator plans the night with you, and two servers work your event and nothing else. The room books one party per night, and holiday weeks and Saturdays go first.
